Before fabric reaches the line, the team aligns materials, sampling, capacity and shipment timing. Standard lead time is 90 days, subject to quantity, style, wash complexity and the rhythm of buyer and supplier approvals.

Men’s, women’s and children’s truckers, jeans, casual jackets and woven bottoms move through a system designed for variety at scale. Monthly capacity exceeds 400,000 basic units, supported by wet and dry washes, garment dye, placement print, embellishment and embroidery.

Laser and destroy techniques translate creative direction into controlled denim effects. Flexi Lab laser capacity supports sampling and small production of up to 1,000 garments per day.
04 / 04
A broad wash vocabulary spans denim and non-denim programmes, garment dye, hand sanding, PP spray, crinkle, whisker, tie-up and destruction effects. Wet-process capacity reaches 16,000 garments per day, supported by laboratory control.
